1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Auto Glass of LA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our website at autoglassofla.com and all auto glass services we provide.

By using our website, submitting a quote request, scheduling service, or accepting any service from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Services

Auto Glass of LA provides the following services throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas in California:

Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including in cases where pre-existing vehicle conditions make safe installation impossible.

Mobile Service: Our free mobile service brings our technicians to your home, office, or any mutually agreed location throughout the Los Angeles area. Mobile service is provided subject to technician availability, weather conditions, and safe working environment requirements.

4. Subcontractors

Auto Glass of LA may use licensed and insured subcontractors to fulfill service requests. When subcontractors are used:

You acknowledge and agree that the use of subcontractors does not diminish your warranty rights or our responsibility for the quality of work performed.

5. Workmanship Warranty

Auto Glass of LA Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind every installation we perform. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation quality for as long as you own or lease your vehicle.

  • Water leaks caused by improper sealing or installation
  • Air leaks and wind noise resulting from improper fitment
  • Glass movement or rattling caused by installation error
  • Molding and trim failures related to our installation

This warranty applies for as long as you own or lease the vehicle and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Notify us within 30 days of discovering the defect by calling (626) 689-7975 or emailing info@autoglassofla.com
  2. Provide your original service receipt or job number
  3. We will inspect the vehicle at no charge to assess the warranty claim
  4. If the defect is covered, we will remedy the issue at no cost to you

We are not responsible for any damage that results from a delay of more than 30 days in notifying us of a defect.

Glass Warranty

Our workmanship warranty covers installation quality only. The glass itself is covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by glass brand. We will assist you in pursuing a manufacturer warranty claim if a glass defect is identified, but we are not responsible for defects in the glass material itself.

ADAS Calibration Warranty

When we perform ADAS calibration, our work is warranted for 30 days after the calibration date, or until the next calibration event, whichever comes first. A calibration event includes any vehicle collision, subsequent windshield replacement, camera removal, or vehicle realignment.

If warning lights related to our calibration return within 30 days of our service, we will perform a re-calibration at no charge, subject to inspection confirming no new calibration event has occurred.

6. Exclusions & Limitations

Our workmanship warranty does not cover:

Pre-Existing Conditions: Before each installation, our technicians inspect your vehicle for visible pre-existing damage. In some cases, damage such as rust at the pinch weld or frame may not be discovered until the glass is removed. If such conditions are found that prevent a safe installation, you will be notified before work proceeds and you will be responsible for any repair costs required to complete the installation safely.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTO GLASS OF LA BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR GLASS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE OF YOUR VEHICLE, LOST WAGES, OR RENTAL COSTS.

7. ADAS Calibration

If your vehicle is equipped with a windshield-mounted camera for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), recalibration may be required after windshield replacement. By proceeding with a windshield replacement on an ADAS-equipped vehicle without requesting calibration, you acknowledge and accept the following:

We will always inform you whether your vehicle requires calibration and provide you with both calibrated and non-calibrated pricing options. The choice is yours.

8. Insurance Claims

Auto Glass of LA will assist you in filing auto glass insurance claims with your carrier. By requesting our insurance claim assistance, you authorize us to:

You are responsible for any applicable deductible and for any services not covered by your policy. We make no guarantee that your insurance claim will be approved. Insurance coverage determinations are made solely by your insurer.

You represent that all information you provide in connection with an insurance claim is true and accurate. Providing false information for the purpose of obtaining insurance benefits is insurance fraud under California law.

9. Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on physical inspection of your vehicle, actual glass required, and any pre-existing conditions discovered during the service.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For insurance-covered jobs, payment is coordinated directly with your insurer.

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. Prices are subject to change without notice.

10. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and requesting service, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Auto Glass of LA related to your service, including appointment confirmations, technician arrival notifications, and service updates.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per service appointment (confirmation, reminder, technician en route, completion).

Opt-Out

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any text message from us. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect your service or warranty rights.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Auto Glass of LA is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other regional carriers. SMS availability may vary by carrier.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN OUR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY IN SECTION 5, OUR WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT THEREON ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Pricing, availability, and service area information on our website is subject to change without notice.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, AUTO GLASS OF LA, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF YOUR VEHICLE, OR PERSONAL INJURY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auto Glass of LA and its officers, employees, agents, and subcontractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or any false or misleading information you provide to us or your insurance carrier.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

17. Dispute Resolution

We want to resolve any concerns you have quickly and fairly. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at (626) 689-7975 or info@autoglassofla.com. We will make every effort to resolve your concern within 10 business days.

If we are unable to resolve your dispute informally, you and we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles County, California, under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You and Auto Glass of LA each agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property or emergency situations.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
