GM Safety Package became available on the Acadia with the 2017 redesign.
GM requires calibration after windshield replacement on Safety Package–equipped Acadias. We always inform customers of this clearly.
Our recommendation: If you have comprehensive insurance, always calibrate — cost is covered. If paying out of pocket, we recommend calibration on every 2017+ Acadia with SLE2 or above trim. SLE-1 base without camera does not need calibration. If warning lights appear after a non-calibrated job, bring it back and we'll calibrate at cost.
