You're the first voice customers hear. You'll answer calls, quote jobs, book appointments, and help customers navigate insurance claims. If you're friendly, fast on the phone, and love closing — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and web leads within minutes
- Quote windshield replacement jobs using our pricing system
- Book appointments and coordinate schedules with dispatchers
- Assist customers with insurance claim filing
- Follow up on open quotes to close bookings
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
What We're Looking For
- Excellent phone presence — friendly, clear, and confident
- Sales or customer service experience (auto industry a plus)
- Comfortable with CRM software and multi-tasking
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Ability to work Mon–Sat shifts (7am–7pm window)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
