Water Leaks

If water leaks around the glass seal after our installation, we fix it at no charge. This includes leaks during rain, car washes, or any water exposure.

Air Leaks & Wind Noise

Excessive wind noise or air leaks caused by improper sealing during installation are fully covered. We reseal or replace the glass as needed.

Installation Defects

Any defect in our workmanship — poor bonding, misalignment, rattling, or loose glass — is covered. We make it right, no questions asked.

Our warranty covers workmanship — not new damage from external causes

New damage from rock impacts, road debris, or flying objects

Damage from accidents, collisions, or vehicle rollovers

Vandalism, break-ins, or intentional damage

Damage from extreme weather events (hail, falling trees, etc.)

Pre-existing chips, cracks, or scratches not caused by our work

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections in the glass itself

Our warranty covers workmanship-related issues including water leaks around the glass seal, air leaks or wind noise caused by improper installation, and any installation defects such as poor bonding, misalignment, or rattling. If we installed it and something goes wrong with our work, we fix it.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover new damage from impacts such as rocks, debris, or objects striking the glass. It also does not cover damage from accidents, collisions, vandalism, extreme weather events, or any pre-existing damage not related to our installation.
